Today was a demo class for Intro to Juicing for health!  It is a fantastic way to help oneself recover from illness, detox the tissues, clear the colon, revitalize the cells, and give a fantastic energy boost.  That's just a few of the perks. 
Did you know that vegetable and fruits should not be mixed when juicing.  Our body processes vegetables differently than fruit.  Mixing them can cause gastric distress. 
Cucumber is a wonderful juice to drink for healthy skin, hair and nails.
Celery juice is chockful of electrolytes and can regulate your body temp.  On a really hot day 8oz. of celery juice can cool you off.  It is an excellent source of natural sodium that keeps water regulated throughout your body.
